Consilience Software solutions are implemented as a standard three-tier application that runs on all enterprise server platforms (Windows, Unix, Solaris, Linux, .Net and J2EE). It supports IBM DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server databases, and Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers. In short, regardless of your technology environment, our software will work on it.

How Our Software Works

  • Case data/customer applications are stored in a single, standard relational database (Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL) and can be updated from different sources and means.
  • Users collect the required data to complete cases/customer applications.
    • Prompts additional queries based on the answers to previous questions. (Technology: Reflexive Questioning).
    • Automatically queries appropriate internal/external entities, agencies and/or internal legacy systems when additional data is needed. User-configured rules trigger these queries. (Technology: Rules-based Engine).
    • Provides web-service based APIs for real-time and batch data integration
  • User-configured business rules are applied to complete case management processes.
